Our inspection and sorting services are designed to reduce our customer's costs by eliminating non-conforming parts and reducing scrap. 100% visual inspection can verify and remove parts with defects such as cracks, chips, burrs, malformations, rust, etc. 100% dimensional gauging can sort parts by overall length, I.D., O.D., weight, etc. We can easily taylor our inspection and sorting process to meet our customer's specifications.
We perform our inspection and sorting services both manually and with the latest inspection equipment, including roller micrometers, digital indicators, automated video measuring systems, and coordinate measuring machines. Inpsecting and sorting over 34 million parts annually, we can handle orders of any size. |

Assembly |

Our assembly services concentrate on the mechanical assembly of components. These services include the pressing of rubber grommets, bushings, bearings, gears, pins, etc. We can rivet components together throught swedging, stacking, and forming. We can glue gaskets, O-rings, seals, etc. to powdered metal parts or other components. We also provide nut-and-bolt assemblies and can torque to specification. Producing over 6 million assemblies annually, we can handle orders large or small. |

Packaging |

Using our customer's packaging materials or producing our own, we provide packaging services including individual or bulk packaging and shink-wrapping. We have years of experience in packaging everything from light bulbs to powdered metal parts in multi-million part runs. We strive to provide our customers with packaging solutions that not only meet their specifications, but are also cost-effective. |
