The Elcam Community Center was established in 2003, with an Outdoor Area completed in 2006.  It is licensed under Pennsylvania 2380 regulations.

The primary goals are to teach and promote skills in the areas of independent living, personal and social communication, decision making, being productive, physical and mental health, and respect and concern for others.  A wide variety of programs such as arts & crafts, music, computer education, sports and games, health & wellness, gardening, community activities, and microwave cooking are utilized.  Special evening social events are also held.
