The Elcam Board of Directors is comprised of individuals from Elk and Cameron Counties who want to promote the goals of the organization and who feel that they can contribute to the realization of those goals. Members serve without compensation.  The Board meets on a quarterly basis in May, September, November, and February. The Annual Meeting is held in May.  Meetings are held at noon in the Elcam Community Center. Committee meetings are held prior to a Board meeting.  The following committees are currently active:

Budget Committee

Reviews and makes recommendations regarding the financial operation and management of Elcam.

Personnel Committee

Reviews and makes recommendations regarding management wages and personnel policies.

Labor and Industry Committee

Reviews and makes recommendations regarding solicitation of work, industrial relations, and provisions of needed equipment for industrial work.

Building Committee

Reviews and makes recommendations regarding the necessary physical facilities to carry out all the Elcam programs.

Safety Committee

Establishes and approves safety policies and conducts safety evaluations at all locations.

Nominating Committee

Makes recommendations to the Board on election of new Directors and Officers.

Social/Rehabilitation Committee

Reviews and makes recommendations regarding services provided in the Elcam Community Center.

The following are the elected Officers and members of the Elcam Board of Directors for the current fiscal year:

Roger Hasselman / President

Roger was the former President and Owner of Alpha Sintered Metals, but now is completely retired.  He has been on the Elcam Board since 1975.  Roger can be contacted at (814) 772-9111.

Wendell Lion / Vice President

Wendell was Supervisor of Industrial Engineering for 33 years at GTE Sylvania.  He has been on the Elcam Board since 2000.  Wendell can be contacted at (814) 834-6196.

J. Hamlin Johnson / Treasurer

Ham was formerly Vice-President, Treasurer, and Director of Stackpole Corporation.  He has been on the Elcam Board since 1972.  Ham can be contacted at (814) 834-1177.

Tom is a partner in the law firm Meyer & Wagner. He has been on the Elcam Board since 1974.  Tom can be contacted at (814) 781-3445.

Anne is an Occupational Therapist with Elk Regional Health Center.  She has been on the Elcam Board since 2000.

Dr. Sorg is a family physician in a local practice. He has been on the Elcam Board since 1975.  Dr. Sorg can be emailed at msorg@ncentral.com.

Clarence Arnold

Clarence "Hans" Arnold was formerly the Secretary/Treasurer of Pennsylvania Pressed Metals.  He has been on the Elcam Board since 1987.

John Malizia

John is Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending.  He has been on the Elcam Board since 2011. 

JoAnne Straub

JoAnne is a Clinical MSW with Elk Regional Health Center and Hospice MSW with Community Nurses.  She has been on the Elcam Board since 1981.  JoAnne can be contacted at (814) 834-4790.

Molly Fernan

Nancy Hoffman

Michael Aiello

Carol was the former President of Elite Metal Products and is now retired.  She has been on the Elcam Board since 1996.
