Elcam, Inc. is a non-profit, private corporation that was established in 1972.  We are a Social Business Enterprise whose primary mission is to provide work support and community living support for persons who have physical and mental challenges.  These services are provided in an environment that is inclusive of persons without physical and mental challenges.

In fiscal year 2009, approximately 79% or Elcam's income is expected to come from the business aspect of specialty services to area businesses and industries.  Another 19% will come from governmental fees to help support social services, while the remaining 2% will be obtained from other sources. 

Elcam is certified under ISO 9001:2000 in the Manufacture, Machining, Assembly and Inspection of of Metal, Plastic, and Rubber Components.  Elcam is licensed in the State of Pennsylvania under 2380 and 2390 Regulations.  There is also an agreement with the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, and Elcam, Inc. is licensed as a Sheltered Workshop at the St. Marys location.

Our St. Marys, PA facility, located in the Elk County Industrial Park, is 67,500 square feet on 33 acres of land.  Located in the Sandy Township Industrial Park, our DuBois, PA facility is 20,000 square feet on 5 acres of land.

As a Social Business Enterprise, any profits are re-invested into expansion of social and business services as well as subsidization of our social services.
